Apartments “BERNARDICA” from their own vineyards, orchards and olive groves, on the traditional – the old way produces red and white wine, brandy, fruit liqueurs and olive oil.

Production, cultivation, filling and storing is done in basements of the apartments “Bernardica“.

All products are made for our own needs but our guests can buy them for very reasonable and affordable prices.

Rakija (Domestic Brandy)

Grape brandies, a natural product made from grapes from our own vineyards.

Herb brandy, traditional folk beverage produced from natural brandy with the addition of Mediterranean aromatic herbs (sage, rosemary, juniper-tansy, carob and other).		 Rakija - Brandy - Schnaps
Wine

In the wine offer we have:

  • Portugize (red wine of strong bouquet and color of a very dark ruby)
  • Brkin (traditional black Dalmatian wine)
  • Bernardica (white wine, very smooth, mild taste)


Portugize wine is wine from our own vineyard.

Liqueur (Liqueur (sweet alcoholic drink derived from fruits, herbs and other medicinal herbs.))

Our Liqueurs (as well as our other drinks) were obtained exclusively by natural way and from our ecologically-grown varieties of citrus and mint.		   Liker - Liqueur - Likör
Olive Oil

We are producing extra-virgin olive oil which is cold-pressed from our own olive trees.		   Maslinovo ulje - Olive oil - Olivenöl

By prior arrangement for the guests we can prepare grill with the fish or meat dishes, with the addition of fruits, vegetables and beverages from our own breeding.
