Bernardica

German travel writer Werner Lips in the book KROATIEN 2007. writes at page 356.::

“Sehr schön und angenehm wohnt man beispielweise in der hübsch Ortsteil Ciovo gelegenen kein 20 met vom Strand entfernten FERIENWOHNUNG BERNARDICA. Schlicht und zweckmassig eingerichtet mit Balkon oder Teerrasse und zusätzlich gemeinsamer Grillterrasse“

(Comfortable and very nice to live in this attractive place in Ciovo in holiday house “Bernardica” which is not even 20 meters away from the beach. Edited simple and functional, with balconies, terraces and common barbecue with terraces.)

Apartments “Bernardica” are located in the new tourist resort Mastrinka, away from Trogir just over 2 km. With Trogir they have traffic connections by bus and a boat line.
The apartments are located in the first row next to the sea. From the yard to the beach there is a distance about fifteen meters.
The house is built in a traditional Dalmatian style from natural materials. The white stone balustrade, stairs and walls are something that particularly stands out. All apartments have a beautiful view to the sea, town Trogir and Kastela.

In front of the house there is a large fenced yard-parking big enough for all the guests.
On the other side of the house there is a large cultivated garden, through which you can get to a large common grill. Grill has two large terraces which are big enough for all the guests.
The whole parcel of apartments Bernardica is larger than 2000 m2.

• All guests have secured parking space!!
• If you desire, we can obtain independent garage (4 EUR per day) or boat berth (3 EUR per day).
• We do transport guests from the airport/to the airport (in consultation with the owner) for 13 EUR per run.

Apartments “BERNARDICA” from their own vineyards and olive groves in the traditional – the old way produces red and white wine, fruit liqueurs and olive oil. All of these products only guests can buy at affordable prices. By prior arrangement for the guests we can prepare and grill the fish or meat dishes.
